Precious artwork deserves more than
edges trimmed with a knife and a straightedge. Javelin will cut every edge straight, clean
and square with one smooth pass of the blade. The right cut, first time, every time which
means no mistakes, no missed deadlines, no nasty accidents, no lost profits, content
customers, cared-for colleagues and satisfied shareholders. The Javelin cutter bar is fitted with two full length rubber strips on the
underside that grip tenaciously to any surface without marking to give the straightest
possible cuts up to 3 meters long. Factory adjusted using up to date laser technology to
achieve straightness within 1mm in 10,000mm, allowing Javelin to cut the accurate butt
joints necessary for sectional panels and pop-ups. |

the Javelin
- The patented linear bearings provide very free running with micro
adjustment which eliminates all side play. The bearings have been test run under load for
1000 miles with the result that they are guaranteed for 20 years.
- The new Keencut Javelin will cut, with great precision, many types
of material in sizes that conventional cutting machines cannot. The comfortable cutter
head and ball bearing blade mechanism will silently and easily cut foam, foamcore, card,
film, flexible plastics, and many other similar materials up to 10mm (3/8") thick and
up to 3 meters (10ft.) in length.
- Five standard cutting lengths offer the right size of cutter for
specific applications and special sizes can be made to order.

- Meticulously adjusted straight edge using the latest in laser
technology to achieve straightness within 1mm in 10,000mm (0.01" in 100").
- The integral finger grip and hold-down bar enables the Javelin to
be placed accurately and safely on valuable artwork and careful design ensures that even
the least experienced member of the staff will achieve first class results.
- Javelin is a compact, ingenious cutting solution which offers a
standard of straight square and clean cutting that is impossible to achieve with a craft
knife and straight edge.
- Standard inexpensive blades can be changed in seconds with no
tools.
- Exhaustively testes, silent no-lube bearings guaranteed for 20
years.
- Two cushioned wall brackets are included with each Javelin to
provide protective storage for the unit when not in use.

New: The Big Work Bench
The Javelin combined with The Big Work Bench creates the ultimate combination for cutting
large format graphics, signs, plastics panels, etc. The stability of the Big Bench
with individual level adjustments on each leg provides a firm and flat work surface to
compliment the accuracy of the Javelin. The integral "Lift and Hold mechanism raises
the Javelin enabling the largest work to be easily aligned and trimmed single-handed. The
aluminum table edge extrusion incorporates a cutting base with a narrow cutting groove to
accept the blade tip when cutting, eliminating expensive self healing cutting mats. The
table framework is aluminum extrusions easily assembled with a 3/4" thick work top
including all fixings.
